CRI is a company in the manufacturing industry that processes rubber raw materials into various products. An example is the various types of hoses produced by the Hose Production department. An unwinding tool is needed to deliver the green hose to the covering machine. In making this happen, the unwinding process is still done manually using a lorry and the operator rotates the pan by hand. As a result, the operator's work effectiveness is still low. In its development, new items emerged with all kinds of functions. Likewise with industries that are closely related to technology. In industrial material processing, especially in the manufacturing world, optimal measurements are always needed to measure the accuracy of the required specs. In this study, the authors used an ultrasonic sensor with the aim of measuring the water level in the promol stirrer tank. In addition, the Nextion Display is used as a user interface to display water level information. Nextion Display provides an easy-to-read and interactive visual display. Users can see the water level in the form of numbers or graphs, and receive notifications when the water level reaches a specified limit. To implement this monitoring tool, ultrasonic sensors and Nextion Displays are connected to a microcontroller or other electronic device that has serial communication capabilities. Virtually all human activities rely on electricity. Cables are necessary to transmit electricity from one location to another. One of the stages in cable production is the sheeting process, which often results in visual defects. Stickiness in the cables is a common visual defect. Therefore, a machine is required to minimize these cable defects. The motor is a crucial component of such machines and is widely used in industrial processes involving rotating rotors or similar tasks. There are various types of motors available, including DC and AC motors. AC motors are commonly used for continuous spinning over long periods, while DC motors are preferred for maintaining a consistent and controlled speed. Based on our calculations, the motor current for motor 1 is 0.391 amperes, and for motor 2, it is 0.26 amperes. Some of the things that become a problem are regarding the installation time of the material using several methods so that there are variations in the methods used in the material installation process. There are risks from each method used, starting from health reasons and also the productivity of the machine itself. After conducting a 4M analysis, we found a problem point in the method section, namely during the process of installing the ply material. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design a construction tool for installing roll ply material, design a 3-phase motor control system, analyze the effect of having a tool for installing roll ply material on the productivity of BTU. The method used by researchers is PDCA as a determinant of the root causes of problems. REBA method for ergonomic analysis of employee work postures when installing ply material. Production data for December 2022-February 2023 shows the result that there are 156 Pcs or 174 PPM of bald tubeless scrap. This is caused by the compound bank in the empty calender which can cause bald tubeless scrap.The method used in this research is a modification method, with the aim of solving existing problems by modifying the compound feeding system and adding broken compound detectors and minimal compound, they are made.The results of this research are the modification of the electric compound feeding system and the addition of minimal compound detectors and compound breaks. One common issue in the bias cutting process is folded ply scraps, mainly found at the end of the treatment roll. Analysis revealed that the problem resulted from the start-stop operation of the let-off motor, causing the treatment roll to twist and the plies to fold.</em> <em>To address this issue, modifications were made to the let-off motor. An inverter was added to adjust the motor speed according to the ply width, and the PLC program was modified to synchronize the motor speed with the HMI recipe. Through five successful trials, the motor speed was effectively adjusted for different ply sizes, reducing the residual rotation of the treatment roll.</em> <em>Data collected showed that prior to the modification, DBC-3 had 205 kg of folded ply scraps in March 2023. The purpose of this research is to design a goods distribution application to streamline the transaction process and digitize the goods transaction process. This study uses the Waterfall method in designing goods distribution applications. An application made based on Android with Firebase as a database. The user will make a transaction using an Android cellphone, then the transaction data will enter the database and send a request for approval to the technical department, FI department and ADH. Then the three parties will agree to use a special account. The manufacturing process of compound bladder starts by weighing the chemicals. Before the weighing process, hitanol undergoes an agglomeration or accumulation of particles that causes hitanol to agglomerate and makes it difficult for the operator to weigh. As a result, operator has to do the crushing process so that the hitanol returns to granular form. The crushing process is currently being done manually by hitting the hitanol using iron stick. These problems were a driving force in the design of the hitanol crusher with an electro pneumatic system. The results of the design of the hitanol crusher using a double acting cylinder with a stroke length of 250 mm controlled by electric signal. In the production process PT. AFG has several processes, one of which is the assembly process. In this process where several components such as tread, bead, ply, and IB are combined. Thus, the output of this assembly process is a green tire. The assembly here uses a BTU (bladder turn up) type machine, more precisely on the IMC.05.MC.02 engine. On this machine there are several problems that cause production to be disrupted due to this problem. The cause of this problem is that the components used have decreased in performance because they have been installed for years (obsolete) and also the components have been produced again so modifications are made. After being modified where to increase the type of servo drive which originally used the MR-J2S to use the servo drive with the MR-J4 type.
